Cancellation policy
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through their customer account or by contacting our support team at support@shopnuro.com.
To avoid being charged for an upcoming order, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the next scheduled order date.
Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. In these cases, our standard Return & Refund Policy will apply.
This cancellation policy applies only to subscription purchases. One-time purchases are subject to our standard store policies.
