At NÜRØ, we’re committed to delivering your order quickly and reliably.


Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

During high-demand periods or new product launches, please allow an extra day or two for processing.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship within the United States only.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s progress.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

NÜRØ is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your order, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@shopnuro.com with photos of the product and packaging, and we’ll review your case.


Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
We cannot make changes once an order is processed.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional reshipping fees.
