Refund policy

At NÜRØ, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every customer to feel confident trying them.

Because our gummies are a consumable product, we’re unable to accept returns of opened or used items for health and safety reasons. However, if there’s an issue with your order, we’ll always work with you to make it right.


Happiness Guarantee (First Order Only)

We offer a 30-day Happiness Guarantee on your first NÜRØ order.

If you’re not satisfied for any reason, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following:

  • The guarantee applies to your first order only

  • You may request a refund for one (1) opened bag from your first order

  • If multiple bags were purchased, additional opened bags are not refundable

  • Unopened bags may be eligible for return (see below)

This guarantee applies to first-time customers only and does not apply to repeat purchases or subscriptions beyond the first order.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@shopnuro.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos showing the issue

We’ll review the situation and either issue a replacement or a refund, depending on the circumstances.


Unopened Returns

If your product is unopened and in its original packaging, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Once received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used products (except as outlined in the Happiness Guarantee)

  • Items purchased during promotions or final-sale events

  • Gift cards


Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
